Experience the beauty of autumn in the Georgia Mountains with a memorable three-day adventure. This trip combines the excitement of the Mountain Fair with a magnificent dinner, visit to a renowned local winery and the charming town of Helen, GA.

Overnight for two nights in Hiawassee, GA with dinner the first night at a favorite local upscale restaurant, Paris & Co in beautiful Crane Creek Vineyards.

After breakfast on day two, attend the Georgia Mountain Fair where there are a multitude of unique exhibits, such as moonshine-making and mountain music, to explore and food galore to sample. A special concert features country music, including the music of Loretta Lynn.

Day three is devoted to exploring Helen during Oktoberfest. After breakfast, motor to Helen, Ga. You will have time to check out the town on your own, then meet for a wine tasting at Habersham Winery, one of oldest and most well-known wineries in the area, before heading for home.

Trip includes: Transportation, accommodations, three meals, GA Mountain Fair entrance, concert, wine tasting, bus driver’s tip, snacks.

Full payment reserves your space. If paying by check, make payable to Weekend Get-Aways and send to: to Scottie Davis, 17 Saint Andrews Lane, Bluffton, SC 29909 or Sun City residents can put the check in Davis's lower, secure mailbox.

Cancellation policy: full refund until deadline date. You can sell your space after that, but no refund. Trip closes when it is full which is usually before the deadline date.

Trip insurance can be purchased from AAA Bluffton.
